Zfuence provides digital video editing, creative strategy, and related branding services. All work is performed remotely and delivered digitally.
Payments for all services must be made in advance through our secure payment partners such as Stripe, Payoneer, or Nsave unless otherwise agreed. Work begins only after payment confirmation.
Each project includes a fixed number of revisions, as defined in the proposal or package purchased. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Delivery times vary depending on project complexity. Delays caused by incomplete client input, feedback delays, or technical issues are not the responsibility of Zfuence.
Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final video(s). Zfuence retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
Due to the creative and digital nature of our services, completed projects are non-refundable. Refunds may be offered only if no work has started (see aRefund Policy for details).
Zfuence is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
